These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made via this website.
They apply to consumers within the European Union as well as to international customers.
For consumers within the European Union, the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer only upon receipt of the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
If a product arrives visibly damaged due to transport, the customer must:
Notify the seller without undue delay, but no later than 7 days after delivery
Provide photographic documentation of:
- the damaged item
- the packaging (inside and outside)
Upon verification, the seller will arrange, at their discretion and in accordance with the law:
a replacement, or a refund
This does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights.
Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, receives the goods.
Effects of Withdrawal
If the contract is withdrawn:
- The goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and securely packaged
- Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise required by law
- Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Artworks produced specifically upon customer request
